Classes Timetable

A class for every body! At KO Fitness, we have three fitness classes available: suspension training, boxing and HIIT. View the timetable below to find the right class at the right time for you. Our fitness classes are £8.50 for a drop in class and are also available to buy in bulk. Suspension training fitness classes are a bodyweight class that use a suspension trainer. This training tool leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of different exercises. Boxing fitness classes at KO Fitness are a cardio workout for anyone looking to keep or progress their fitness levels. Our HIIT class is made up of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
