Julia Matthews has been training with KO Fitness Preston Personal Trainers since may 2011.
After having her child Julia had always struggled to get the baby weight off and felt it was time to do something about it instead of just accepting it.
Julia’s goals for joining KO Fitness Personal Training Preston were simple. She wanted to lose weight, tone up and improve her fitness and her flexibility.
She has lost 12lbs in body weight and reduced her body fat by 5%. Most importantly Julia is keeping the weight off whilst not needing to be on a strict diet plan.
