Chris Gale came to KO Fitness Preston Personal Trainers wanting to lose weight but also keep and build as much muscle as possible, as he is a keen rugby player.
He has been training for 3 months so far and he has changed shape and size massively.
He is now fitter and stronger on the rugby field and also enjoys the benefits of looking and feeling better in himself. Chris is still wanting to take his goals further and KO Fitness Personal Training Preston will update his photos when he reaches his next stage.
